Artistic Director:
Gwyn Palisnky-Dyka has owned and operated Andrej Palinsky Studio of Dance for over 39 years. As a young girl Gwyn studied under Gaye Beebe. At the age of twelve Gwyn auditioned for The Flint Ballet Theater after which she danced in the company for eight years. During this time Gwyn was fortunate to study under Robert Davis Director of the National Ballet Theatre in Washington D.C., as well as Stewart Sebastion, and Christopher Flynn. Gwyn also attended several seminars given by Gus Giogardo of Chicago. She continued her dancing education and career studying under Nelson Curtis, nationally known Jazz and Tap choreographer. Gwyn trained with Mr. Curtis and the Dr.Pepper Dance Team. Gwyn feels very fortunate to have had the dance education she received and takes pride in passing the professional education on to her students.
